Based on this platform, NPS has developed a Payment Discounts App that simplifies the discount management process.

Now you can easily apply and track discount rates, automatically post discount approvals, and generate reports on payment discounts.

Functionalities:

• Import and export of payment discounts for quick entry and define discounts by periods.
• Apply Discount function on a posted sales invoice allows you to designate that a discount approval has been granted for that invoice. This ensures that the system will exclude it from the automatic discount approval process.
• Create Payment Discount Credit Memo functionality allows for the generation of approvals for customers who have define payment discounts by periods. The list of sales credit memos will display all the credit memos that need to be posted. Credit memos contain customer information and details about the invoices for which the credit memo is issued.
• Payment Discount Summary report provides information on planned and realized discounts by customer. Data is available at the invoice level as well as in aggregate for each customer.
